Your appointment is very important to me and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or to reschedule your appointment.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, I miss an opportunity to fill that time slot with another client and, depending on the service, I may have lost a significant amount of time preparing for your appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice or “no shows” will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
Appointments missed due to an emergency will be considered on an individual basis. Please reach out to me if you feel a refund or reschedule without penalty is warranted.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, health emergency or weather, that requires either of us to have to cancel or my office to be closed during my regular hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no charges will apply.
